RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
All custom and customized orders are not eligible for a return and refund due to the customization of the product. Due to the ongoing pandemic, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Non-customized items may be eligible for an exchange but only after approval from management via email. All Sale Items are NOT eligible for a return or refund. Gift Cards are non-returnable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
All item requirements must be met for an item to be deemed eligible, This includes but is not limited to:
1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
2. The item must be in its original packaging with original tags
3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required
EXCHANGES
We will exchange items that are defective or damaged upon initial receipt that were purchased in the last 7 days or upon prior approval from management. The exchanged item must meet all requirements that are stated in the Items Requirement under RETURNS. The purchaser is responsible for any additional shipping costs and/or shipping fees. To exchange it for the same item please contact us via email at SKDesignsAndProducts@gmail.com, a return address will be provided upon approval.
REFUNDS
Once an exchange is approved by management please contact us via email at SKDesignsAndProducts@gmail.com for item availability. If an item is not available for an exchange, you may be eligible for a refund. A refund will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s) and your refund amount will be processed for a return to your original payment method within 2-3 business days. The purchaser is responsible for any additional fees that your bank may charge and any additional shipping costs.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to post to your bank. All bank institutions differ. If you did not receive a refund after the initial date given please check your bank account again. If nothing is posted, contact your bank or credit card company, it may take longer time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via email at SKDesignsAndProducts@gmail.com.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your regularly priced return after all inspections and requirements are met and approval from management. If your gift was a sale item it cannot be returned. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and the item was given to you at a later date and/or time, the refund will be sent to the gift giver and only he/she will be given details regarding the return.
SHIPPING
A return address will be provided to your email upon approval. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item(s) to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount. Locations may differ from other locations so the amount of time that your exchanged product may reach you may vary. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
