FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING POLICY

FULFILLMENT

By placing an order through www.skdesignsandproducts.com you are agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

Fulfillment of each order takes 2-5 days after your order has been placed and payment is received. Our Fulfillment department operates Monday-Friday during our standard business hours except on holidays at which time our company is closed. For hours of operation please visit the bottom of our "Home" page.

 

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

 

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

SHIPPING

All shipments are sent through the US Postal Service (USPS). We do not offer other courier services. We can ship to all standard shipping addresses, P.O. Box addresses, and Military addresses through USPS. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-14 days. Please visit the USPS website to determine your location transit time.

We do not offer International shipping at this time.

 

If there is an address change please contact us immediately to see if this issue can be resolved. No changes can be made if your order has been dispatched.

 

A shipping confirmation and/or tracking number will be sent to the email listed on the order. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email after the 8th day please verify that you have selected the "Shipping" option and not the "Pickup" option before contacting us via email at SKdesignsandproducts@gmail.com

We are not responsible for exceeding delivery times, damaged in-transit parcels, lost parcels, stolen parcels, and/or missing parcels. Please contact customer service with next steps.
